Sam talked to my husband about trading in our car and by the time we got to the dealership DeAngelo had the paperwork and the car ready all we had to do was sign & go this is our second car buying experience w Sam he always goes above and beyond. DeAngelo made everything so simple and had the patience of a st with 2 old people that are not very tech savvy. 5 stars all the way if you need a good car with a great experience go to Auto Gallery on Atlantic Blvd in Jax FL. My husband has bought from Sam the owner and he says he's going to get it done and took care of he's does just that my husband went for a small car a Toyota Corolla Le to a Malibu LT a little bit bigger car and it rides very good and with the same payment except for we add on the extra warranty on the drive Tran and power Tran go see big Sam and DeAngelo the sales person Sam is a 5 Star ⭐ after I had my new 2022 Malibu LT Sam and DeAngelo had the new tire 🛞 put on the day I signed the paperwork and had to order a TPS for my car they scheduled my car to come back and complete the work and had it detailed up after the work was done myself and my wife love this car I picked out a car but Sam offered me a newer one same one just less miles on it Sam is the one who try to get a deal done and making sure you or Happ and DeAngelo will work hard to get you into the car and one your way i can stay in my behalf that you cannot make everyone happy but sam will do everything he tells you he's going to do so please 🥺 I don't believe everything I read 🙏 because Sam has always been good to me and my wife.... I don't know why people put this place down because Sam is a very good person and trying to help everyone who has created problems with getting a car 🚗 and you know what you're getting before putting anything down on the car so don't come on the reviews and try to knock them down because if you read the reviews there's our very good ones and their new ones are saying negative one you can't make everyone happy but sam will try to still be positive and make sure you our very happy I'm still driving my 2nd car from Sam so please don't forget your knowing what you're doing thanks again hand up to DeAngelo and Sam the owner

I had a need to search for and buy a car after over 15 years of not having car payments. Can you imagine how heavy that is for a woman of 74 and retired? Yeah, it’s a lot. During my search, I met Brad and Sam at the Auto Gallery. Never mind where they had a part in this process—I now have a car. The journey started on 12/22/24 and was finalized on 12/28. I didn’t make it easy for them, because after all, I am an elderly woman who is very picky. I do my research, and I look for true facts and not a scam. Here’s where I’m going with this: after six days of dealing with me, Brad and Sam did an awesome job of putting up with me—that’s a point and a half. Sam worked through my financial issues, and despite my limited down payment, he found me a reliable car. I wanted a Toyota or Honda with good mileage and reliability and wasn’t willing to compromise. I ended up with a 2020 Nissan Kicks SV with a very good Carfax report. That’s two points for addressing my concerns. Brad even helped me secure a better insurance rate than I had found on my own—another half point. I will tell you that Auto Gallery is the place to go. Do your own research, know where you stand mentally and financially, but above all, take a look at Auto Gallery and keep your trust in Jehovah God to guide you through it. God got me this far, and I know he will carry me to the sweet end. That’s the final point, bringing it to five stars. There are more points I could mention, but these are good enough.
